Molly Ringwald, Devon Sawa, June Squibb, Sam Braun, Dulé Hill and Ken Marino join Yellowjackets for its fourth and final season. First-look photos show some of their characters; the season premieres Friday, Nov. 20, on Paramount+ with the Premium Plan.
Ringwald plays Vicky, Van’s mother; Deadline reports that Vicky is a recently recovered alcoholic trying to correct her past. Squibb appears as Geraldine alongside present-day Misty, though details of her character remain under wraps. Sawa plays Howard in the past timeline and is pictured with teenage Natalie. The photos also show Hill as Detective Rollins, Marino as Russell opposite Jaylee Hamidi’s Alex, and Braun as teenage Jeff Sadecki.
The series follows a high school girls’ soccer team after its plane crashes in the remote northern wilderness, alternating between the teenagers’ struggle to survive and the survivors’ lives nearly 25 years later. The official season 4 logline says the survivors race to bury their sins before rescue arrives, while an old flame returns with plans of their own.
