Netflix has renewed “The Beast in Me” for Season 2, with Claire Danes returning to star as Aggie Wiggs and executive produce. Howard Gordon and Daniel Pearle will co-showrun the series.
Originally announced as a limited series in 2024, the show debuted at No. 1 on Netflix’s global Top 10, stayed in the Top 10 for five weeks and drew more than 43 million views in seven weeks, according to Netflix.
Gordon also signed an overall television deal with Netflix through his Teakwood Lane Productions banner to develop new series for the streamer.
