Josh Peck hosts “Sweet Deceit,” where teams of three hunt lifelike cakes hidden in spooky places and bite into their guesses for up to $12,000. The Food Network show premieres Oct. 5 with two back-to-back episodes at 10 p.m. ET/PT and streams on HBO Max the next day.
The competition has four rounds that increase in difficulty. Peck is joined by a rotating group of cake artists who judge, including Jose Barajas, Jonny “Jonny Cakes” Manganello, Andrew Fuller, Ashley Holt, April Julian and Liz Marek.
