Russian officials said Ukrainian drone attacks injured eight people, including a child, in Ulyanovsk on Friday morning; a drone strike on a truck killed one civilian and wounded another in Belgorod overnight. Voronezh's governor reported four injuries.
Ulyanovsk Governor Alexei Russkikh said the attack damaged industrial and civilian infrastructure. In Voronezh, Governor Alexander Gusev said air defenses destroyed 88 drones overnight over the regional capital and at least six districts; residential buildings, vehicles and industrial facilities were damaged.
Separately, Perm Governor Dmitry Makhonin said air-defense units and mobile fire groups were repelling what he described as a “massive” drone attack. He said an industrial facility had been targeted, with no preliminary casualty reports; emergency services were at the scene. Reuters could not independently verify the reports.
