Nvidia authorized $150 billion in additional share repurchases, bringing its remaining buyback capacity to $235 billion. It expects to use that capacity through fiscal 2028; the company bought back about $39 billion in the first two quarters of fiscal 2027.
CEO Jensen Huang said the authorization reflects Nvidia's confidence in the long-term opportunity, citing growth from AI and accelerated computing. The authorization does not guarantee that every dollar will be spent.
