The Miami Heat have signed forward Ian Schieffelin, the team announced, but did not disclose the deal’s terms. In five Summer League games, he averaged 8.4 points and 3.6 rebounds, shooting 46.7% from the field and 42.9% on 3-pointers.
Schieffelin scored 11 points and grabbed eight rebounds, with two blocks and a steal, in Miami’s 95-85 win over Golden State on July 6. He recorded a +22 plus-minus in the Heat’s 119-86 victory over Milwaukee on July 10.
