Former Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene said Thursday at the Texas Tribune Festival that “MAGA is dead” and called the pro-Trump movement “a cult,” accusing voters who do not hold Trump accountable to his campaign promises of being “liars” and “hypocrites.”
Greene and Trump fell out in 2025 over foreign policy and the Jeffrey Epstein files. Trump called her a “traitor” and a “ranting lunatic.” Greene announced in November 2025 that she was resigning as a representative for Georgia.
