NJ.com rated new concessions at Prudential Center for the 2026-27 Devils season. Melba Wilson’s macaroni and cheese and State Fair lemonade led the tasting at 9.3 each; the crispy treat scored 9.2, followed by a pork roll-and-egg cheeseburger at 9.1.
Levy Restaurants unveiled the items at a Tuesday tasting; they are coming to concession stands and premium spaces. The mac and cheese costs $11.99, lemonade $9.99, crispy treat $12.99 and cheeseburger $19.99, served with fries.
Other reviewed dishes were a $19.99 gyro with beef and lamb, pita, feta and vegetables (8.7); hand-breaded chicken tenders marinated in jalapeño buttermilk with waffle fries ($19.99; 8.8); and queso birria tacos with beef short rib, melted mozzarella and dipping broth ($19.99; 8.7).
