Kelly Ripa said she hurt her back while sitting on a hotel toilet and reaching sideways for toilet paper. She recounted the incident in a behind-the-scenes clip from Live with Kelly and Mark, calling it “really embarrassing.”
Earlier this month, Ripa returned to morning TV after taking time off to recover from gum graft surgery for receding gums. She said she had delayed the procedure for five years and attributed the gum recession to brushing too much.
