Taylor's 24-yard touchdown pass to Sanfrisco Magee broke a 24-24 tie with under six minutes remaining. Missouri quarterback Austin Simmons threw for 295 yards and three touchdowns, while Cayden Lee had 11 catches for 156 yards and two scores. Mississippi State sealed the victory by deflecting a fourth-down pass on Missouri's final drive.
