Prince Harry says Archie and Lilibet are “happy in school” at their new UK school after the family moved them following talks with its security team. They left their first school after two days and began a full day at the replacement on Sept. 15.
The move followed discussions with the couple’s security team about the practicalities of the children’s arrangements. Reuters reported concerns over the distance and heavy traffic on the school route; ITV said traffic could separate the Sussexes’ vehicle from the car carrying protection staff, while the repeated route could become predictable. Their spokesperson said the change was not a criticism of the original school or its staff.
Harry gave the update to CTV after a charity skydive near Toronto supporting Canadian veterans’ charities. He jumped with the grandson of Edwin Marshall, a 102-year-old Second World War veteran, to honor a promise to skydive with him; Marshall could not take part because of his health.
