Democrats need to flip four seats to control the Senate next Congress. On Wednesday, the Cook Political Report shifted ratings in Georgia, Kansas and South Carolina toward Democrats. The memo encouraged donors to give through candidates’ campaigns or joint fundraising committees, which operate under higher contribution limits, Axios reported. The NRSC had not immediately responded to a request for comment.
