Lars Anderson’s forthcoming biography says Gisele Bündchen told Tom Brady they were “not compatible” and ended their relationship; it portrays Brady’s continued football career as a source of tension before their 2022 divorce.
The account appears in Anderson’s “Brady: An American Story and the Price of Greatness,” scheduled for release Sept. 29. The article says the couple began dating in 2006, married in February 2009 and had two children. Bündchen later wanted Brady to retire, while he had said after his sixth Super Bowl win that he was still having too much fun to stop.
