Romelu Lukaku gestured “2-0” toward Italy supporters and appeared to shush them after Belgium’s 2-0 Nations League win in Rome on Friday; captain Gianluigi Donnarumma confronted him, and referees and teammates intervened to separate them.

Mika Godts and Dodi Lukebakio scored for Belgium. Italy are last in their Nations League group, behind Belgium, France and Turkiye, after the opening round of the 2026-27 campaign.
