A10 Networks reported second-quarter revenue of $80.1 million, up 15.5% year over year, and raised its full-year growth outlook to 12%–14% for revenue and 14%–16% for EPS. Its AI Gateway, unveiled Aug. 13, is scheduled for commercial availability in Q4.
A10 says the Gateway is designed to govern how AI agents, applications and models operate within corporate environments. The company also points to a multi-year Microsoft agreement and its June acquisition of TrojAI as part of its enterprise-AI strategy.
As of June 30, A10 reported $357.3 million in cash and cash equivalents. Second-quarter GAAP net income was $8.9 million, or $0.12 per diluted share, compared with non-GAAP net income of $18.7 million, or $0.25 per share; the company returned $6.7 million to shareholders through buybacks and dividends. Insider Monkey's analysis also flags 17.46% short interest in the float and competition from existing AI gateways, saying A10 must win market share while executing across multiple product lines.
