Tyrese Haliburton sees storylines as common ground for NBA and wrestling

Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton told WWE wrestler Trick Williams he has a “wrestling mindset,” saying he enjoys storylines in both wrestling and the NBA. He also praised Williams for keeping crowds captivated during matches.

The Pacers are due back in October, with a preseason game against the Minnesota Timberwolves before they open their 2026/27 regular season against the New Orleans Pelicans on Oct. 21.
