Indiana Fever guard Tyasha Harris was carried to the locker room after appearing to roll her left ankle during Thursday’s 86-66 loss to Minnesota. Broadcaster Robin Lundberg said he was not optimistic about her playing in the playoffs, which begin Saturday.
Harris was hurt with 3:30 left in the third quarter while attempting a layup and colliding with Nia Brodie. She landed awkwardly and was eventually carried to the locker room; the article did not report a diagnosis. Aliyah Boston was also assisted to the locker room in the second quarter, but coach Stephanie White said Boston’s injury was a flare-up.
Indiana secured the sixth seed and will face Las Vegas in the first round. The Fever won both regular-season meetings with the defending champions, while the Aces finished 8-2 in their last 10 games with a seven-game winning streak; Indiana won six of its last 10. Harris played 39 games this season, averaging 4.1 points and 2.0 assists. She played five games for Dallas last season before a season-ending patellar injury and surgery, and was cleared to play in March 2026.
