JoJo Romero and Dustin May, traded from St. Louis to Milwaukee on Aug. 3, each pitched against the Cardinals for the first time since the deal.
Burleson's homer brought him to 116 RBIs, then the most in MLB and three ahead of Pete Alonso. He entered Sunday's regular-season finale batting .280 with 26 homers and was trying to become the first Cardinals player to lead MLB in RBIs since Joe Torre in 1971.
