Trump reportedly sought a 15-minute address before Sunday’s Presidents Cup singles

Golfweek reported Saturday, citing multiple sources, that President Donald Trump asked the PGA Tour for 15 minutes to address players and spectators before Sunday's Presidents Cup singles at Medinah. The Tour said it could confirm only that it was preparing for a possible visit.

Trump is serving as the Presidents Cup's honorary chairman for a second time, after holding the role in 2017. Golfweek also reported that the White House had not returned a request for comment.
