Court documents obtained by TMZ say Tobey Maguire and Jennifer Meyer have agreed to restore their single status, pending a judge’s signature. Their 2020 divorce filing came four years after they announced their split, but they have yet to settle how to divide their assets.
The couple agreed to use a private judge to help resolve remaining disputes and has a prenuptial agreement. Earlier this year, Maguire requested joint legal and physical custody of their son, Otis, and asked to use private mediation for child and spousal support. Their daughter, Ruby, is 18.
