Indiana Fever coach Stephanie White said Aliyah Boston’s lower-leg issue flared up in an 86-66 loss to Minnesota, and Boston was kept out as a precaution. Tyasha Harris left with a left-ankle injury and was still being evaluated, with no update available.
Harris was carried off in the third quarter after landing awkwardly on her left ankle while driving for a layup. White said she did not know exactly how the fall happened.
Boston left with less than three minutes remaining in the first half, after recording four points and three rebounds. White said the flare-up was in the same lower leg Boston had dealt with earlier in the season; its cause and extent were unclear.
