Per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the Steelers will give rookie Max Iheanachor his first start at right tackle against Cincinnati, with Brock Hoffman replacing Spencer Anderson at right guard. Pittsburgh is making both changes as it seeks a more reliable line combination.
Iheanachor had pushed for an opportunity after showing promise in the preseason, while Dylan Cook had struggled to secure the right-tackle job consistently. Hoffman is a veteran whom coach McCarthy knows from their time in Dallas.
