Seattle offensive coordinator Brian Fleury said Haynes and rookie Beau Stephens will again rotate at right guard against Washington, with playing time depending on game conditions. Anthony Bradford is on injured reserve and will miss at least four games.
Haynes started in Bradford’s place against Arizona, while Stephens made his first NFL appearances. The Seahawks rushed for more than 150 yards and scored 31 points; Fleury praised both guards, including Stephens’ first snaps and Haynes’ increased workload.
It remains unclear whether Seattle will keep the rotation throughout Bradford’s absence or whether Haynes or Stephens will establish himself as the starter.
