One commenter said a client logged a mother's lateness to child exchanges for six months, totaling 33 minutes. Another said two parents spent nearly $400,000 fighting over a proposed move just 25 minutes away.
A commenter also described a father who threatened to have the family dog euthanized unless he got more time with his children. The commenter said a judge, citing the divorce agreement that made the dog the father's property, granted him visits nearly every weekend and warned the case would be closely monitored.
