Raoni Barcelos taken to hospital after losing consciousness at UFC Vegas 121

Raoni Barcelos was taken to hospital after losing consciousness in the fifth round of his UFC Vegas 121 bout with Raul Rosas Jr. He was awake in the ambulance and was due to undergo precautionary CT scans of his head and face, UFC correspondent Evelyn Rodrigues said.

Patrick Danna, who was at the Meta APEX, relayed that someone cageside did not see Barcelos wake up and that doctors checked his pulse multiple times. Rodrigues said his exact diagnosis was not yet known.
