Puka Nacua remains unlikely to play in the Rams’ Denver game

Puka Nacua is likely to miss the Rams’ Sunday night game in Denver after sitting out Week 2, Ian Rapoport reported. Sean McVay said Nacua has not made great progress, while the team reportedly does not view the injury as long-term.

During Nacua’s absence, Davante Adams had a big day and tight end Terrance Ferguson made some of the physical catches and runs associated with Nacua. McVay said he trusts the group if Nacua cannot play, but did not name a specific replacement.
