Jamar Goff, Ree Drummond’s foster son, was arrested Sept. 16 on four charges, including aggravated assault and unlawful controlled-substance possession; he is held on $37,000 bond. Records show May 2025 arrests on assault and domestic-violence charges.
On May 23, 2025, Cullman County police records alleged Goff bit an officer’s hand and caused substantial pain; he was charged with second-degree assault and pleaded not guilty in September. A separate third-degree domestic-violence complaint that day said a woman he was dating alleged he grabbed her neck and shoved her to the ground. Her protective-order petition was granted, barring him from coming within 500 feet.
At the Sept. 16 arrest in Jefferson County, Goff was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance; a drug-paraphernalia offense covering use, possession, delivery or sale; attempting to elude a police officer; and aggravated assault. Court documents obtained by PEOPLE allege he possessed methamphetamine.
