Atlanta beat Green Bay 35-14 in Week 3; Michael Penix Jr. completed 18 of 25 passes for 256 yards, a touchdown and an interception. Bijan Robinson totaled 213 yards and two scores, while Drake London caught nine passes for 194 yards on 10 targets.
Pianowski called London’s 194-yard outing a welcome rebound after two quiet games. Penix has 13 career starts and 15 total appearances, and London has 89 catches for 1,341 yards and eight touchdowns in those games. Kyle Pitts had one five-yard catch Thursday; his career with Penix stands at 44-428-2.
Jordan Love threw for 312 yards, two touchdowns and an interception on 53 attempts (5.9 yards per attempt) as Green Bay trailed by multiple scores through the second half. Matthew Golden had 100 yards and a touchdown on 12 targets, while Christian Watson had 96 yards and a score on 10. Pianowski said Green Bay’s weak offensive line could prolong its unbalanced offense; Atlanta gained 498 yards and 25 first downs. Jayden Reed is out indefinitely. Pianowski said Josh Jacobs is likely to return at some point but could struggle behind the line.
