The Packers are reportedly signing guard Laken Tomlinson from the Cowboys’ practice squad to help their struggling offensive line. League rules require Green Bay to keep him on its 53-man roster for at least three weeks; he has not played in 2026.
Tomlinson was a first-round pick in 2015 and has played 173 regular-season games, starting 162; he was a Pro Bowler in 2021. Pro Football Focus graded him no higher than 62.5 overall in any of the past four seasons. In 2025, he ranked 63rd among 90 guards who played at least 200 snaps.
