The petition cites factual errors in Times coverage on several subjects and an unnamed former newsroom employee’s allegations. It says she worked at the paper for a decade, raised concerns about anti-Israel bias beginning in 2019, and was told by a human-resources representative to find a workplace whose values aligned with hers. The plaintiffs said they were not challenging editorial judgment.
