Trademark Property Company plans to break ground Oct. 1 on Dunham Pointe, a 25-acre, 202,000-square-foot retail and restaurant district at Highway 290 and Mason Road in Cypress. It will be anchored by Cypress' first Whole Foods, and 13 other tenants have signed on.
The 13 signed tenants named in the report are Nordstrom Rack, Shake Shack, Solidcore, Playa Bowls, Amorino Gelato, Fidelity, LaserAway, Milkshake Factory, a national junior fashion anchor, Texas Country Boots, Ojo de Agua, Pepper Lunch and Pokeworks.
Trademark, partnering with MetLife Investment Management, secured project financing from PNC Bank. The company is negotiating leases with more than 12 additional tenants for a total of 65,000 square feet and has received letters of intent from more than 10 other retailers.
