Village Inn Oldsmar LLC filed for Chapter 11 Sept. 18, listing about $50,000–$100,000 in assets and $500,000–$1 million in liabilities. An employee said the restaurant remains open; local reporting cites 2024 hurricane losses, weaker sales and higher costs.
Oldsmar is the fifth Village Inn location in a Florida franchise group operated by managing member Lloyd D. Lehan IV to file for Chapter 11 since June. VI Land O Lakes LLC filed for its Land O Lakes, Brandon and Zephyrhills restaurants on June 10; Bay Pines Group LLC filed for its Seminole location on Aug. 14, listing more than $8 million in liabilities. The three-location operator reported revenue fell 5.94%, from about $2.02 million in 2024 to $1.9 million in 2025.
