Nebraska’s first touchdown followed a blocked punt and a Michigan State holding penalty that kept the drive alive. Defensive end Williams Nwaneri recorded two sacks for 25 yards in the first half, a career high; his previous best was 1.5 sacks against Michigan State last season.
