Nebius will raise on-demand rates for four Nvidia GPU models by 17% to 21% on Oct. 1, including B300 from $7.85 to $9.50 an hour. CFO Dado Alonso said in August that capacity sold out as fast as it came online; existing contracts won't be repriced.
The increases cover H100, H200, B200 and B300 GPUs, plus CPU-only servers. Nebius listed the H100 at $2.95 an hour and the B300 at $6.10 in early May; after the new rates, they will cost $4.50 and $9.50—about 53% and 56% more, respectively.
Nebius does not disclose how much revenue comes from hourly rentals versus reserved-capacity contracts. At June's end, it reported $37.5 billion in remaining performance obligations—signed revenue not yet recognized—more than 60 times its $582 million second-quarter revenue. The Oct. 1 increase won't reprice that backlog and mainly signals rates for capacity not yet sold; the article warns prices could fall if supply catches up.
