Motorola says its new Signature 27 flagship will reach North America in the coming months, ending its U.S. flagship drought. It is among the first phones with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6, and Motorola promises seven years of OS and security updates.
Motorola touts faster on-device AI and a 3D vapor chamber 40% larger than the original, which it says should sustain speed during gaming and AI workloads. The camera pairs a 50-megapixel Sony Lytia 910 main sensor with a 200MP telephoto sensor that should retain detail with cropped digital zoom.
Motorola says the phone will be available in markets worldwide later this year in Capulet Green and Coal Smoke; its price has not been announced. It is the first Motorola phone from a partnership with Bang & Olufsen, which Motorola says is contributing its sound expertise and design.
