Keke Palmer says her 3-year-old son, Leo, is using big words, including “tarantula” and “destination.” She told PEOPLE he talks constantly, repeats her phrases and is learning about subjects that interest him, including sea life.
Palmer said Leo echoes her while they play the Jurassic Park arcade game: after she says, “You’re not going to get my son,” he repeats the line. She also said he calls his cousin his “son” and tells Palmer’s sister, “Don’t talk to my son like that,” after hearing Palmer say, “Not my son.”
Palmer said Leo loves aquariums and counted an octopus’s legs, though he knows they are tentacles. The family calls them legs to give him an entry point. She also said they go on bike rides with him in the rear seat and are trying new activities together.
