Kaia Gerber’s cat Tony was found, a source confirmed to PEOPLE on Sept. 24, a day after her boyfriend Lewis Pullman and friends, including Jake Shane, posted missing-cat flyers. The signs described Tony as a shy gray cat wearing a tracker.
The search came shortly after Gerber’s brother Presley, 27, died on Sept. 20 at a rehab facility, according to Los Angeles County medical examiner records obtained by PEOPLE. Police recordings obtained by PEOPLE said he suffered an apparent overdose and cardiac arrest; Santa Monica police said the cause and manner of death were deferred pending additional testing. The family has asked for privacy.
