Shekinah and Sarper Güven have split, Sarper said at the “90 Day: The Last Resort” Tell All, after they recommitted in the finale. Shekinah, absent from the reunion, said she moved to Miami after she was kicked off Sarper’s tour, choosing Florida because her daughter had started.
Sarper claimed at the Tell All that Shekinah left everything behind and moved alone, and alleged she requested $50,000 in cash for “emotional damage.” In a Sept. 22 statement explaining her absence, Shekinah said the charming version of Sarper viewers saw was different from the man she lived with privately.
During the season, Shekinah objected to Sarper’s comedy routines about their marriage and felt he did not defend her during disputes with other couples.
