After Green Bay’s 35–14 loss to Atlanta on Thursday, Jordan Love blamed his own footwork, accuracy and decisions rather than the offensive line or running game. He completed 28 of 53 passes for 312 yards, two touchdowns and one interception.
Love said he needed to make quicker decisions, read coverages better and find completions to keep the offense on track and avoid second- and third-and-long situations. He said the team had work to do but that no one was giving up.
Love pointed to Green Bay’s 2023 season, his first as the team’s full-time starter, as a reason for optimism. The Packers began 2–5 that year, then won six of their final eight games to earn a playoff berth.
