Plans have been submitted to turn the former Playbarn at aMaizin! Adventure Park in St Peter, Jersey, into Under One Roof, a workspace for artists and other creatives. The park closed in 2025, and the proposal still needs planning approval.
MS Planning submitted the application on behalf of Gigi Cooke. It says the centre would give small businesses and individual artisans security of tenure, and would be professionally managed, with events and workspace bookings scheduled.
Jersey Business supports the proposal, saying a shared space could help creative entrepreneurs reduce overheads, share equipment and knowledge, and build more sustainable commercial activity.
