Giannis Antetokounmpo posted a video of a large iguana in the backyard of his new Miami home and stayed inside with his children rather than trying to remove it. Fans joked he may need to get used to the reptiles, which are common across South Florida.
His children asked why he would not go outside to deal with the iguana. Antetokounmpo said, “I'm scared,” and shouted for it to get out of the backyard.
After 13 seasons in Milwaukee, Antetokounmpo is preparing for his first season with Miami. The Heat are scheduled to host the Minnesota Timberwolves on October 21 for his regular-season debut.
