Trains have resumed between Didcot Parkway and Reading after SGN repaired a gas leak in Didcot’s Ladygrove area and the railway exclusion zone was lifted. Network Rail expects near-normal services Thursday, though short-notice changes may continue.
SGN said a third party damaged the gas network. Tickets for affected services that went unused on Wednesday can be used on Thursday or refunded.
