Florida State (1-2) hosts Central Arkansas (2-2) at 3 p.m. ET Saturday, Sept. 26, at sold-out Doak Campbell Stadium. ACC Network will televise the game during FSU’s Family Weekend and Hall of Fame ceremonies.
FanDuel listed Florida State as a 45.5-point favorite, with the over/under at 62.5. Central Arkansas is coming off a 27-9 loss to Southeast Missouri State, while FSU has lost two straight, including last week’s game against Alabama after leading 21-6.
The teams have never played each other. Central Arkansas coach Nathan Brown and Florida State coach Mike Norvell were teammates at UCA; Brown played quarterback and Norvell receiver, and Brown threw two touchdown passes to Norvell in 2005.
