Ella Langley’s ‘Choosin’ Texas’ ties BTS’s 18-week Billboard Digital Song Sales record

‘Choosin’ Texas’ by Ella Langley has spent 18 weeks at No. 1 on Billboard’s Digital Song Sales chart, matching BTS’s runs with ‘Dynamite’ and ‘Butter.’ Luminate reports 6,000 copies sold this week; Langley may become the chart’s first 19-week No. 1 in days.

The Digital Song Sales chart ranks U.S. purchases of individual songs on services including iTunes and Amazon. Last week, ‘Choosin’ Texas’ reached 17 weeks at No. 1, tying ‘Despacito,’ which led for 17 weeks in 2017.

‘Choosin’ Texas’ also leads the Billboard Hot 100, Streaming Songs, Hot Country Songs and Country Streaming Songs charts, and is No. 2 on Radio Songs and Billboard Global 200. ‘Joseph,’ by Falling in Reverse with Corey Taylor and Serj Tankian, is second on Digital Song Sales with 3,400 sales.
