Josh Jacobs remains on the NFL’s Commissioner’s Exempt List after pleading no contest Sept. 10 to misdemeanor battery and criminal damage to property charges over a May incident. Dan Patrick predicts the Packers won’t play him again; the NFL review remains unresolved.
ESPN’s Rob Demovsky reported that the complaint alleges Jacobs grabbed the victim and threw her to the ground as she tried to leave his garage, causing a head injury. Judge Marc Hammer denied the victim’s request to permanently seal the records and returned them to the appropriate police authorities, Demovsky reported.
Green Bay was 1-2 after Week 3. In its loss to Atlanta, MarShawn Lloyd and Kaleb Johnson combined for 17 rushing yards on eight carries; Jordan Love had one rush for no meaningful gain.
