Cobie Durant, Malik Hooker, P.J. Locke and DeMarvion Overshown are ruled out for Sunday's Week 3 game against Baltimore in Rio. Dallas will be without three secondary players and a linebacker; all four missed Wednesday and Thursday practices and won't travel with the team.
Durant started Dallas' first two games and injured his hamstring in the win over Washington; he had been expected to miss multiple weeks. Hooker fractured his forearm against the Giants in Week 1 and played 12 snaps before the injury. Locke tore the plantar fascia in his foot against Washington after starting in Hooker's place and playing 31 defensive snaps. Overshown strained a hamstring in the opener, recording seven tackles before leaving, and will miss his second straight game.
Jaishawn Barham started in Overshown's place against Washington and is expected to continue in an expanded role. Second-year cornerback Shavon Revel Jr. is also expected to take on more responsibility with Durant out. Dallas and Baltimore are both 1-1; kickoff at Maracanã Stadium in Rio is scheduled for 3:25 p.m. CT, with Dallas designated as the home team.
