The 49ers listed Nick Bosa with a calf injury Thursday, and he did not practice. He had missed Wednesday for his usual day off; coach Kyle Shanahan said he would have more information on the injury Friday.
Shanahan had alluded to a possible workload-management plan for Bosa this week, especially given his season-ending knee injury; the 49ers had listed a knee issue for him since their first injury report.
Dre Greenlaw, Christian McCaffrey and Trent Williams returned after missing Wednesday's session for Veterans Day. Romello Height (hand) and Mike Evans (hip) missed a second straight day; Evans was reportedly working on the side of the field.
