Court rejects neighbor’s bid to remove two trees on Uli Hoeneß’s property

Uli Hoeneß won a legal dispute with his neighbor over two trees on his Tegernsee property: Munich II Regional Court rejected her demand to remove them and ruled that she must bear the proceedings’ costs.

The court said the neighbor had not credibly demonstrated that the trees were in an area where a planting ban applied in her favor.
