Coinbase strategist sees crypto recovery as an “infrastructure bull market”

Coinbase Institutional strategist John D’Agostino says crypto’s recovery after the Clarity Act failed reflects an “infrastructure bull market.” He points to broader participation and new fintech and onboarding announcements, beyond price gains alone.
