Motley Fool contributor Patrick Sanders says he plans to buy more Nvidia shares, citing fiscal Q2 2027 revenue of $96.2 billion, up 106% year over year, and the Vera Rubin AI platform's rollout. Net income rose 126% to $59.68 billion.

Nvidia's data-center segment generated $89 billion, about 92.5% of revenue. The company reported earnings per share of $2.46, up 128%, and a 75% gross margin. CFO Colette Kress said Vera Rubin, now in full production, raises Nvidia's estimated addressable market per gigawatt to $40 billion, compared with $18 billion to $25 billion for Blackwell.

Wall Street's consensus estimate for Nvidia's next-quarter revenue is $109 billion, up 91.2% year over year; the company is likely to report in late November, according to the article. CEO Jensen Huang has forecast AI infrastructure spending of $3 trillion to $4 trillion by 2030 and suggested Nvidia could double chip sales in the coming year.
